PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI PROGRAM AMTSILATI PADA KEMAMPUAN BACA KITAB SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL FALAH PUTERA BANJARBARU

AbstrackThe influence of the organizational culture of the extracurricular program in improving the ability to read turat books at the Al Falah Islamic Boarding School Putera Banjarbaru is the focus of this journal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the extracurricular activities of the Amtsilati program in improving reading skills at Al Falah Putera Banjarbu Islamic Boarding School. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, data were obtained through observation and interviews with subjects involved in Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the influence of organizational culture on the extracurricular activities of the Amtsilati program at Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School Banjarbaru, including positive Islamic-based habits, memorizing and understanding the rules of Arabic grammar, learning management and deepening programs to understand the Koran and the yellow book, had an impact significant positive effect on student and teacher productivity. Internal and external factors influence the implementation of extracurricular cultural activities at Al Falah Islamic Boarding School Putera Banjarbaru. This organizational culture is also a strategic solution in increasing understanding, learning the yellow book. So that in the end, the Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School can strengthen the implementation of this culture and apply it to other programs. , the head of the hostel, as well as teachers and students participating in the Amtsilati program at Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the organizational culture of the Amtsilati program at the Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School had become a respectable culture among students. AbstrakPengaruh budaya organisasi program Amtsilati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kitab kuning di Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru menjadi fokus jurnal ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi pada kegiatan ekstrakulikuler program Amtsilati dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kitab di Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, data diperoleh melalui pengamatan dan wawancara dengan subjek yang terlibat di Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi pada kegiatan ekstrakulikuler program Amtsilati di Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru, termasuk kebiaasan positif yang berbasis Islami, dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi pada kegiatan pembelajaran berup amenghapal dan memahami kaidah tata bahasa Arab, manajemen pembelajaran yang didelegasikan kepada para santri senior, maka program ini memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada produktivitas siswa dan pengajar. Faktor internal dan eksternal mempengaruhi pelaksanaan kegiatan budaya kegiatan ekstrakulikuler di Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. Budaya organisasi ini juga menjadi solusi strategis dalam peningkatan pemahaman, pembelajaran kitab kuning. Sehingga pada akhirnya, Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera dapat memperkuat pelaksanaan budaya tersebut dan mengaplikasikannya pada program-program lainnya Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian melalui pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru, administrator bidang kurikulum, administrator urusan siswa, departemen, guru tingkat Tajhizi, kepala asrama, serta guru dan siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam program Amtsilati di Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi program Amtsilati di Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera telah menjadi budaya yang gemari di kalangan santri. Metode ini memberikan banyak manfaat bagi semua siswa. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi Pesantren, Kepemimpinan, Metode Amtsilati.References
