IMPLEMENTASI BIMBINGAN KEAGAMAAN REMAJA DALAM MEMBENTUK MENTAL SPIRITUAL DI PANTI PERLINDUNGAN DAN REHABILITASI SOSIAL ANAK DAN REMAJA (PPRSAR) MULIA SATRIA KOTA BANJARBARU

Abstract: In today's era, strong mental fortitude among Generation Z is highly essential in facing the demands of various aspects of life. One way to strengthen their mental resilience is through spiritual avenues. Such efforts require specific approaches tailored to Generation Z to guide them, considering the challenges and opportunities in achieving success. The focus of this study is on how the implementation of religious guidance for adolescents shapes their spiritual mentality at the Mulia Satria Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adolescents (PPRSAR) in Banjarbaru city, as well as the supportive and inhibiting factors involved. In data collection, the researcher utilized interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of religious guidance for adolescents in shaping their spiritual mentality at the Mulia Satria PPRSAR in Banjarbaru city is progressing well. This includes the presence of religious guidance objectives, content, and methods. Supportive factors include leadership support, well-managed time, complete facilities, and experienced religious instructors. Inhibiting factors include the diverse backgrounds of the foster children. Keywords: Foster Children, Guidance, Religious. Abstrak: Di zaman saat ini mental generasi Z yang kuat sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi tuntutan aspek kehidupan. Salah satu yang dapat menguatkan mental adalah melalui jalan spritual. Upaya demikian perlu cara khusus untuk generasi Z dalam melakukan bimbingan mengingat tantangan dan peluang untuk mencapai keberhasilan. Fokus kajian membahas bagaimana implementasi bimbingan keagamaan remaja dalam membentuk mental spiritual di Panti Perlindungan dan Rehabilitasi Sosial Anak dan Remaja (PPRSAR) Mulia Satria kota Banjarbaru serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Di dalam penggalian data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan bahwa implementasi bimbingan keagamaan remaja dalam membentuk mental spiritual di Panti Perlindungan dan Rehabilitasi Sosial Anak dan Remaja (PPRSAR) Mulia Satria kota Banjarbaru sudah berjalan dengan baik, meliputi adanya tujuan bimbingan keagamaan, materi bimbingan keagamaan serta metode bimbingan keagamaan. Faktor pendukung adalah dukungan pimpinan, waktu yang termanajemen, sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap, serta ustadz atau pembimbing keagamaan yang berpengalaman dan faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang anak asuh yang berbeda beda.
